Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Prisma Win Android app handles information when you use reaction training, sports mini-games, QR scanning, feedback, reminders, Firebase-powered configuration, and optional WebView content.

1. Overview

Prisma Win is an Android app with sports-style reaction games, progress tracking, QR scanning for future game links, optional reminders, feedback by email, and optional web content controlled by remote configuration.

This policy applies to the Prisma Win app package com.prismwin.apps.

2. Information We Handle

Prisma Win is designed to keep core training data on your device. The app may handle the following information:

  • Game and progress data: reaction times, scores, completed challenges, achievements, and weekly progress. This data is stored locally on your device.
  • Settings: onboarding status, reminder preferences, and app settings. This data is stored locally on your device.
  • QR scan data: camera frames are used to detect QR codes. QR scanning is processed for the scan feature and is not used by Prisma Win to identify you.
  • Feedback content: if you choose to send feedback, your message and optional attached photo are sent through the email app you select.
  • Web content data: if optional WebView content is enabled, websites opened inside the app may process data according to their own privacy practices.

3. App Permissions

  • Internet and network state: used to load remote configuration, optional WebView content, and network resources.
  • Camera: used for QR code scanning and for optional photo capture when a website inside WebView requests image upload.
  • Notifications: used only if you enable reminders.
  • Storage on older Android versions: used on Android 9 and below for file download compatibility in WebView.

4. Firebase and WebView

The app uses Firebase Firestore to retrieve remote configuration, including whether optional WebView content should be shown. Prisma Win does not use Firebase Analytics in the current app build.

If WebView content is enabled, the loaded website may use cookies, local storage, forms, downloads, logins, or other web technologies. That website is responsible for its own privacy practices.

Google and Firebase services may process technical information such as device, app, and network diagnostics according to Google's privacy terms.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these situations:

  • When you intentionally send feedback through your email app.
  • When required to operate third-party services used by the app, such as Firebase or web content loaded in WebView.
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.

6. Retention and Control

Local game results and settings remain on your device until you delete them through device/app controls, clear app data, or uninstall the app.

Feedback emails and attachments are retained only as long as reasonably needed to review, respond to, and resolve the feedback.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the app. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Prisma Win is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
